Duty and Taxes - In all cases these are payable by the customer and are not included in the purchase price (except for the UK)

Orders placed for delivery in the UK are subject to and inclusive of VAT (at the current rate of 20%).

EU Customers will be charged VAT at the receiving country's rate, VAT is payable on the value of the order and the shipping charge, there will also be a brokerage charge for clearing customs. 

Customers in the USA are facing higher tariffs depending on the origin of the material of manufacture.  Products with a UK origin are charged at 25% and products originating from the EU are charged at 50% of the order value, there will also be a brokerage charge for clearing customs.  

These surcharges are in place because the HTS code for Motorcycle Parts and Accessories, 8714100050 automatically attracts the 232 surcharge.  Full information can be found at the Customs and Border Protection website 

All duty and tax is payable by the receiver , if you are unsure please contact info@rallyraidproducts.co.uk before placing the order. 

Items refused due to non-payment of local duty or tax will be returned to Rally Raid Products at the customers expense, the returning shipping will be deducted from the final refund. 

Shipping of Orders

We are not able to guarantee "Same Day Shipping", we are a small company and whilst we will try to ship in stock items, sometimes the volume of orders prevents us from guaranteeing this.  

Suspension is built to customer specification, often we are inundated with Suspension Builds when new stock arrives, we build on Tuesday -Thursday, so orders may take up to a week. 

CONSIGNMENTS MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE "SHIP TO" ADDRESS ENTERED ON THE ORDER,AND MUST BE SIGNED FOR.

All shipping costs are shown at Checkout, see above regarding Dut and Tax payments.

Delivery dates are given as a guide only. Rally-Raid Products Ltd cannot be responsible for delays due to Royal Mail or international couriers.

Refund and Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and supplied by Rally-Raid Products Ltd within 14 days of delivery for a refund, returns shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item sent is faulty or incorrect. 

Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Post the item (by Recorded Delivery) to:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being returned to Rally-Raid Products Ltd.

If a product has been damaged in transport, please contact Rally-Raid Products Ltd by email with the description and your details to info@rallyraidproducts.co.uk and a replacement product will be arranged.
