Returns & Refunds Policy
At Rally Raid Products Ltd., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day Return and Refund Policy. To ensure a smooth process, please carefully follow the procedure outlined below.
How to Initiate a Return
You can start a return in one of two ways:

Through your account: Log in to your personal account, select the relevant order, and click the “Return” button at the top of the page.
Return Conditions

Returned items must be in re-saleable condition and include all original packaging.

Faulty items qualify for a prepaid returns label, which will be sent once your return request has been approved.

Returns of unwanted items are at the customer’s expense and must be shipped using a tracked delivery service. Please ensure the goods are securely packaged, ideally in the same manner as originally shipped.

Refused or Uncollected Orders
Orders that are refused upon delivery or not collected will incur return shipping charges. These costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Please note that full refunds cannot be issued for items that are damaged or lost during return transit due to refusal or non-collection.
Free Shipping Orders
If your original order qualified for free shipping, and you choose to return or refuse delivery of the item(s), you will be responsible for both the outward shipping cost (that was originally covered by Rally Raid Products) and the return shipping cost.
These charges will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, and provided it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders shipped to the USA, any import duties and tariffs collected at checkout under our DDP shipping arrangement are also non-refundable.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at shipping@rallyraidproducts.co.uk for further assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately at shipping@rallyraidproducts.co.uk if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly assess the issue and arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or specification, the quickest way is to:

Submit a return request for the original item (following the steps above).

Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
This ensures minimal delay in receiving the correct product while your return and refund are being processed.
