SHIPPING AND TAXES

VAT & Taxes

  • UK Orders: All orders delivered within the UK include VAT at the current rate of 20%.

  • EU & International Orders: Prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT. Customers are responsible for any local sales tax, import duties, and fees charged once the order arrives at its destination.

  • EU Customers: Please note that we are not part of the IOSS scheme and do not collect VAT on EU orders. Any VAT and handling charges will be applied by your local customs authority or courier.

  • USA Customers: All orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that applicable import duties and tariffs are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no additional duty charges to pay upon delivery. This applies to orders placed from 1st May 2026 onwards.

    Please note the following:

    • No GST applies to US orders. The duty calculation reflects import duties and applicable tariffs only, including any Section 232 tariffs on products containing steel or aluminium.
    • Import duty and tariff calculations are powered by Shopify. You will never be asked to pay additional duties after placing your order.
    • DDP orders to the USA are shipped via DPD.

    Orders placed prior to 1st May 2026 remain subject to the previous shipping terms, where import duties, tariffs, and any applicable courier handling fees were the responsibility of the customer and payable upon delivery.

Dispatch Times

  • We aim to dispatch all orders promptly.

  • Please note that suspension products (forks and shock absorbers) are custom-built based on your spring choice and are not stocked items. These may require additional time to prepare, especially during periods of high demand.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout once your delivery address has been entered.

  • Whenever possible, multiple items are combined into a single package to help minimise shipping costs.

  • Rally Raid Products does not add any surcharges to shipping fees.

Payment

  • Payment is taken at the time of ordering via credit/debit card or PayPal.

  • We do not accept payments over the telephone.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

  • When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking details.

  • Orders are shipped via UPS or DPD, depending on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and paying any import duties, taxes, or courier handling fees directly to the courier if applicable.

Delivery

  • All consignments must be delivered to the ‘Ship To’ address provided at checkout.

  • A signature will be required upon delivery.
