Scotts designed the "Large Knob" as a replacement for the standard adjuster, for quick adjustment on the fly, primarily for bikes with taper handlebars and/or that do not have a crossbar, when the stabiliser mounted above the bars.
Note. This may or may not fit with certain SUB Mount installations - you need to check how much clearance between the stock adjuster and handlebar is available with your particular combination.
The Large Knob kit includes a new stainless steel spring and ball for your base valve, and Allen wrenches.
