Why have we decide to do a limited preorder run?
We wanted to make sure we had enough stock for those who missed out on this inital release as well as manfacturing enough stock to hold a minimum stock level between production runs of our next batch.
We manufacture our hubs here in the UK a long with majority of our other products so our production runs are limited and cannot be put on adhoc for the demand without delaying other products. However, what we can do is increase the quantity we output before a production run ends without creating huge delays to the following productions of our other products.
This was a key factor that made us consider releasing a limited preorder window a head of this next manfacturing production.
Why is it a "limited" preorder run?
Well this is due to manufacturing upperlimits of the production run there is only so much additional stock we can add on before we do create a back log. So to create a sustainable work flow and not delay any other products we've limited the amount of preorders that can be made for this production run.
When do the pre-orders finish? and Why?
The Pre-Order window will begin at 20:00 (GMT) on the 11th of November 2024 and will end on the 15th of November at 17:00 (GMT)
This is to ensure we have enough time to order and prep the additonal materials required for the orders that come through as well as ensuring we won't create a delay for the fulfilment.
When will my order be dispatched?
We've estimated that with the current production run with the additional preorder stock. The completed unit should be arriving back with us by the last week of January 2025 and we would hope to complete all our quality control checks over a 2 week period once the checks are complete all the preorders will be dispatched before the new stock is listed. We are hopefuly to have all the preorders processed and dispatched by the 7th February 2025 however if anything were to change we would keep all our customers who have preordered informed.
*Terms & Conditions
- Pre-Order Window: The item will have a limited stock and timescale pre-orders will close on the 15th November at 17:00 GMT or when the Limited Manufacturing Stock hits zero. If we have no pre-order stock remaining or the deadline has passed the item will show as out of stock.
- Payment: The Payment option will charge you 20% of the total cost of the item. The remainder will be charged using the same payment details once the item is ready to dispatch.
- Early Cancellation: Your initial 20% payment will cover a non-refundable deposit which is 10% of the item's purchase cost. If you were to cancel your pre-order before it’s dispatched, you will lose your deposit.
- Fulfillment: We expect to have the stocked item with us before the end of January 2025 once the stock has gone through our quality control we expect to dispatch by the latest 7th February 2025.
- Late Cancellation: If your item has not been dispatched by the 7th February 2025. You may cancel your order without losing your deposit.
- Returns: Normal returns policy will apply after the item has been dispatched.
- Freeshipping: Freeshipping cannot be calculated at the point of preorder. We will contact you if you do not qualify for free shipping and you may cancel your order if you do not wish to proceed with the discounted shipping charges and you will not lose your deposit.
- Multiple Items: If you order any other items with your preorder they will be shipped along with your preorder once it's ready to be dispatched and not seperately.
