TRIUMPH 400X SCRAMBLER TUBELESS PREMIUM SPOKED WHEEL KIT

For the 400X used in mixed terrain on and off-road riding scenarios, we would suggest you fit a 110/80 x 19" front size and 140/80 x 17" rear size tyre - and our recommended brand/model would be the Anlas Capra-X in these sizes, which over

the years and during many thousands of miles of mixed terrain riding, we've found work particularly well both on and off-road on the Triumph 400X Scrambler.

• High-tensile "Bulldog" spokes are 33% larger cross section, and consequently 60% stronger tensile strength than the OEM plated mild steel spokes, plus they are corrosion-proof.​

• Nipples are nickel-plated brass, again, corrosion-proof, maintenance free.

Both rims are high-grade aluminium alloy EXCEL TEGASO, MT-type (tubeless

specific)

The rim sizes are 19"x 2.50 front and 17"x 3.50 rear, 36 spoke hole pattern. 

DO NOT USE ACID, OR ALKALI-BASED WHEEL CLEANERS TO REMOVE DIRT AND BRAKE DUST, AS THESE CAN CORRODE AND REMOVE THE POWDER-COATING AND TARNISH THE STAINLESS-STEEL AND NICKEL-PLATED BRASS NIPPLES. USE A PH-NEUTRAL CLEANER, OR SOAP AND WATER.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1 - Pre-Order Window: The item will have a limited stock and timescale pre-orders will close on the 15th November at 17:00 GMT or when the Limited Manufacturing Stock hits zero. If we have no pre-order stock remaining or the deadline has passed the item will show as out of stock.
2 - Payment: The Payment option will charge you 20% of the total cost of the item. The remainder will be charged using the same payment details once the item is ready to dispatch.
3 - Early Cancellation: Your initial 20% payment will cover a non-refundable deposit which is 10% of the item's purchase cost. If you were to cancel your pre-order before it’s dispatched, you will lose your deposit.
4 - Fulfillment: We expect to have the stocked item with us before the end of January 2025 once the stock has gone through our quality control we expect to dispatch by the latest 7th February 2025.
5 - Late Cancellation: If your item has not been dispatched by the 7th February 2025. You may cancel your order without losing your deposit.
6 - Returns: Normal returns policy will apply after the item has been dispatched.
7 - Freeshipping: Freeshipping cannot be calculated at the point of preorder. We will contact you if you do not qualify for free shipping and you may cancel your order if you do not wish to proceed with the discounted shipping charges and you will not lose your deposit. 

8 - Multiple Items: If you order any other items with your preorder they will be shipped along with your preorder once it's ready to be dispatched and not seperately.
**9 - Shipping Charges: Due to unforeseen circumstances some shipping charges are displayed at check out however, they are not charged when you make payment for your preorder we are working to rectify this visual error.
