CFMOTO 450MT UPRATED FORK SPRINGS

Rally Raid Products fork springs are manufactured from high grade Spring Steel wire.
Each spring is cold coiled, then heat treated,and ground to length.
All springs have their spring rate laser etched on the end and are manufactured to DIN 2095 grade 1.

These are custom-wound, and tapered at the top end, and polished, to fit the OEM cartridges on the CF450MT (IBEX) model, 2024 onwards.

24mm ID at top, 25.4mm ID at bottom.

Available in 3 different spring rates, 5,0, 6,0 & 7,0 N/mm. (select from drop-down box)

Length 500mm.

Also supplied with a pair of cnc machined plastic spring preload packers, to gain an extra 10mm of preload, if the 15mm of adjustment on the OEM fork cap is used up, to allow more range.

Supplied as a pair, to fit one motorcycle.

370ml fork oil capacity per leg .

Rider, Spring and Oil Weight:

Up to 70kg Rider- 5,0N/mm springs  &7.5 wt fork oil

70-95kg Rider......-6.0N/mm springs  & 10wt fork oil

Over 95kg Rider....7.0N/mm springs  & 15wt  fork oil
