KTM 390 ADV R / ENDURO R ENGINE GUARD

Our heavy-duty RALLY engine guard offers increased protection to the front and side of the lower engine cases, together with substantial protection directly underneath the engine.

Fabricated in-house from aircraft-spec 5000 series aluminium, laser-cut & TIG welded offers maximum protection with minimum weight. 

6000 series billet engine mounts provide maximum strength and support for the engine guard compared to the thin steel brackets commonly used by OEM and 3rd party manufacturers.

We also added an additional rubber damping block between the engine guard and the sump. This helps to reduce oscillation and noise from the engine guard when travelling at motorway speeds but also offers a second level of protection by absorbing harsh impacts directly underneath the engine guard.

The black CERAKOTE finish provides a military spec ceramic coating that will last in the most extreme environments and does not chip or flake from stone impacts or road salts.
