KTM 390 ADV R / ENDURO R EXTENDED GEAR SHIFT BOLT

One of the problems we have found with the KTM 390 ADV R & Enduro models,
especially riding off road, is the close proximity of the inside of the
gearshift lever to the head of the M6 screw on the front linkage joint.

These can foul, and make shifting gears difficult, so to rectify that
problem, we have developed a stainless-steel bolt, with a hexagonal flange,
that moves the gear lever away from the linkage by 5mm, to allow room for
dirt and debris to collect, without stopping it shifting correctly.

This replaces the OEM M8 screw, and we also utilises an M8 nyloc nut to
secure the gearshift lever, which means owners can tension the load on the
bearings that are within the lever, to optimise drag and achieve a smooth
shift.
