YAMAHA T7 SOFT LUGGAGE SIDE RACKS

Our own design of Soft Luggage Side Racks offers a neat and low-profile solution for those riders wishing to carry soft luggage on their travels, whilst retaining a minimalist look when no luggage is attached.

Manufactured from 16mm steel tubing and incorporating our bespoke laser-cut side panels which feature dedicated fixing holes for mounting (1 US Gallon size) RotoPax fuel and water containers, along with a series of slots to locate and secure most soft luggage straps.

These soft luggage racks are designed to work with either slim two-piece or throw-over style pannier bags, or to offer additional support to the larger one-piece soft luggage systems from popular manufacturers such as Giant Loop, Mosko Moto, Enduristan and Kriega. 

Designed primarily to coordinate directly with our own T7 Rear Rack, these Side Racks can ALSO be fitted with the following alternative aftermarket racks - using our dedicated fitting kits (selected from the menu above).

 ** Using the original AS spacers and bolts you will need the two 6mm spacers on the rear luggage mounts.

Additional information

Designed to fit with OEM passenger seat, the optional one-piece OEM Rally seat & OEM Tail Pack (as shown), they also retain the use of the pillion footrests, but these can also be removed if not required.

Also included in this kit is our own additional T7 Silencer Support Bracket (see information below).

 Supplied powder coated satin black with all fixings needed for easy installation.

T7 Silencer Support Bracket

Off-road and overland travel owners will also appreciate that this kit also includes our additional Silencer Support bracket.

After extensive travel and testing with our own Tenere 700, together with reports from other owners - in the event of a drop or fall, the 2 tubes that connect the silencer to the main frame can be easily bent, and this can then cause the heads of the 2 fixing screws on the inside of the silencer to damage the alloy swing-arm under full compression of the rear shock. 

We have therefore designed our own laser-cut steel reinforcing bracket for the OEM silencer mount. This bolts from our luggage racks to the single OEM silencer mount, and increase its strength and rigidity, and will also fit with any type of aftermarket silencer.
