TRIUMPH TF250/450E/X REAR BRAKE BUSH CONVERSION

Our unique design of rear brake lever bolt, to replace the OEM version, has a lengthened threaded section, and uses a nylon nut for tightening, and mounts in a self lubricating Oilite bush, rather than the OEM version, which uses an O-ring design to take up slack in the lever. The OEM design has been found to wear quickly leading to excessive movement in the brake lever.

These are CNC-machined from high-strength stainless-steel and supplied with a press tool for fitting the bush. We also supply a spare bush for later servicing.
