TRIUMPH TF250 E/X & TF450 E/X CHAIN ADJUSTER BLOCK KIT

Our heavy-duty billet aluminium Chain Adjuster Blocks are designed to prevent damage caused by the OEM adjuster bolts bending the thin-walled Blocks in heavy use, or when running the rear wheel at full adjustment in the swinging arm, by having extended sections front and rear, plus these are thicker than OEM.

This means the wheel can be positioned right back in the swinging arm, but have the minimum of bolt exposed at all times, and the head of the bolt is fully supported on the thicker bolt, virtually eliminating and chance of damage. The blocks are also reversible, so that the minimum amount of screw thread is used at all times.

The pair of blocks are cnc machined from aircraft-spec billet aluminium, anodised black, and provided with a new pair of  M8 screws, manufactured from “Bumax” stainless steel (highest strength available), much stronger and corrosion resistant than the OEM steel plated versions.

Supplied as a pair of blocks, with a pair of screws, ready to fit both TF 250/450 X & E models, all years.
