TRIUMPH TF250/450 BRAKE LEVER BUSH CONVERSION

Our unique design of brake lever bolt, to replace the OEM version, has a lengthened threaded section, and uses a nylon nut for tightening and mounts in an Oilite bush, rather than the OEM version which uses an O-ring design to take up slack in the lever. The OEM design has been found to wear quickly leading to excessive movement in the brake lever.

These are cnc-machined from high-strength steel and supplied with a press tool for fitting the bushes. We also supply a spare bush for later servicing.

Supplied ready to fit both TF 250/450E models, all years.
