KTM 690 UPRATED SUSPENSION PIVOT PIN

This hard-chromed steel pivot pin is designed to replace the OEM pin which has M8 threaded holes in either end.

The OEM design makes it extremely difficult to remove both M8 screws from each end, as once one is removed the other continually spins with the pivot pin itself.

Our design uses a single M8 x 130mm zinc-plated bolt which goes right through the pin and is secured with a Nyloc nut instead - the same principle we have used for our Lower Tank Mount Kit with great success over the years.

Note. This pin can be used with both the OEM shock link & either of our KTM 690 Lowering Links.
