LEVEL 1 Rear Shock - STANDARD TRAVEL/SEAT HEIGHT REAR SUSPENSION UPGRADE.
High quality TracTive aluminium big-bore rear shock, with adjustable damping and a choice of spring rates to suit a wide range of rider/luggage weights and applications.
Along with traditional manual preload adjustment, our standard LEVEL 1 shock can also be upgraded with a dedicated Hydraulic Preload Adjuster (select from menu above) allowing quick and easy adjustment of the spring preload a further +/-10mm to compensate for additional loads such as luggage or a passenger.
The aluminium-bodied TracTive Shock gives a weight saving of over 1.5Kg compared to OEM shock.
OPTIONAL HYDRAULIC PRELOAD ADJUSTER (for G310GS LEVEL 1 & LEVEL 2 rear shocks).
Our Hydraulic Preload Adjuster is designed for riders that want quick, easy adjustment of spring preload. It allows the preload to be adjusted over a range of +/-10mm with the simple turning of a knob. Approximately 20 turns will achieve the full movement of the preload piston travel, and the knob has a 'click' every half-turn to aid setting.
Quick tool-less preload adjustment is much preferred by those riders who wish to alter the preload/rear sag setting on a regular basis - typically when carrying extra luggage or a passenger, or when going from street to off-road travelling.
Supplied ready assembled on your shock together with the correct length/rate spring selected at the point of purchase.
LEVEL 1 Shock specifications
Shock body features an easily accessible combined damping adjuster (at a fixed ratio of 80% Rebound and 20% Compression), with 24 clicks of adjustment.
Choice of four spring rates at the point of purchase: 110 N/mm, 120 N/mm (standard), 130 N/mm and 140 N/mm.

G310GS Spring Rate guidelines:
| Rider weight (inc. clothing and light luggage up to 15Kg) = Total up to 85Kgs | 110 N/mm (Softer Spring) |
| Rider weight (inc. clothing and light luggage up to 15Kg) = Total 85-105Kgs | 120 N/mm (Standard Spring) |
| Rider weight (inc. clothing and light luggage up to 15Kg) = Total 105-120Kgs | 130 N/mm (Harder Spring) |
Above 120kgs total rider & luggage weight select 140Nm spring, this is the maximum weight spring offered.
The LEVEL 1 shock is only suitable for the G310GS model (not the R model).
