For riders looking to travel further afield and/or wish to lower their bike even further, we now offer a dedicated replacement wheel-set in a slightly smaller diameter, which are typically more suited to longer distance on & off road all-terrain travel.
These direct replacement aluminium front & rear wheels are built around the most popular 'adventure' size rim diameters (17" rear and 19" front) allowing you to choose from a much wider range of 50/50 style All-Terrain tyres which typically offer both improved on-road handling and longer wear characteristics when compared to the more narrow traditional dirt-bike size tyres.
Featuring powder-coated aluminium rims and CNC machined anodised aluminium hubs, and laced with steel heavy-gauge spokes.
These hubs have been designed to accept the OEM brake discs, rear sprocket, rear ABS ring and other hardware, and this kit comes complete with our own upgraded stainless-steel wheel spacers front and rear, plus a front ABS ring.
These wheels are ready to accept your choice of tyre (and tubes), while you simply transfer the brake discs and rear sprocket from your original wheels.
note. Should you envisage swapping between these wheels and your originals (which can now be fitted with more aggressive off-road treaded tyres for example) on a regular basis, then we suggest you consider purchasing a second set of disc rotors, rear sprocket (and a rear ABS ring if EU spec) and leaving them mounted on the respective wheel-set - making swapping between them an even quicker and more simple affair.
note. Some users may require the -20mm Heavy duty side stand below if using aftermarket suspension.
CRF300L & RALLY Adventure-Low wheel specifications
Front: Black powder-coated Aluminium rim in 19" diameter x 2.15" width - suitable for the most popular sizes of 19" front tyres including: 110/80x19, 100/90x19 and 90/100x19 (depending on your tyre brand choice). Drilled for inner tube valve and second hole for rim security clamp bolt, and fitted with rubber rim tape.
Rear: Black powder-coated Aluminium rim in 17" diameter x 2.5" width - suitable for the typical more narrow width 17" rear all-terrain tyres in either 120/90x17 or 130/80x17" sizes*.
Drilled for inner tube valve and fitted with rubber rim tape.
*note. while it may be possible to fit a 140/80 profile tyre from certain brands, be aware that width could rub on the OEM chain guard, and being correspondingly heavier than a 130/80 profile size, a 140 width tyre is not really recommended for a bike this size/weight with such a modest power output.
The CNC machined hubs are hard-anodised black, and designed specifically to accept all the OEM brake disc, ABS and drive sprocket hardware - allowing to quick change between your original wheels as desired.
These affordable wheels are available in Black only
DO NOT USE ACID, OR ALKALI-BASED WHEEL CLEANERS TO REMOVE DIRT AND BRAKE DUST, AS THESE CAN CORRODE AND REMOVE THE POWDER-COATING AND TARNISH THE ZINC PLATED AND NICKEL-PLATED BRASS NIPPLES. USE A PH-NEUTRAL CLEANER, OR SOAP AND WATER.

Please note that in an effort to keep the overall purchase price of this wheel-set affordable, this is an imported product which has been manufactured to our specifications. From the outset we have worked closely with this particular manufacturer so that they meet our exacting requirements for this product.
Note. These are designed as a direct replacement for the OEM Honda CRF300 wheels, and similarly must still be used with inner-tubes regardless of the type of tyre you choose to fit.

Due to lowering the bike, a shorter side stand is often needed. If you have not already fitted an aftermarket or altered stand to suit your lowered bike we strongle reccomend that you do to avoid the bike falling on uneven surfaces.
